My brand new manufactured home came with Frigidaire appliances and I love them! My microwave is a convenient to use, above the range model which definitely helps when I™Â€™m cooking. I also love how roomy this microwave is. Some of my larger dishes can fit inside, no problem!

I bought a new house and this is 1 of the appliances that was included in the purchase. It has now stopped working after 6 months. The technician has come and gone 4 or 5 times already and the microwave is still not working. I had hoped that Frigidaire would at this time given me a new micro wave but sadly, nothing. Makes me wonder what is the future for my other Frigidaire appliances that came with my new house. Will not ever recommend. will not ever buy.

My microwave is a above range type, and it is six years old. The key pad is so worn out it might take a few tries of pressing the cook button or almost any other button before it will register and for the door skin, it has broke apart were the door handle meets the door.They just don't make thangs like they used to!

When compared to other microwave units we have owned, this one is in the top three. Basic unit and reasonably priced. Also, is quick and effective. The only change I wish I could make is the door. There's no way to quietly close the door to this unit. So, when someone wakes up for a late night snack, the door always gives them away! Other than that, we love our unit!

After purchasing our new home with Frigidaire Appliances, we realized we should have upgraded to a different company/appliance package. The microwave seems very cheaply built. It makes a humming noise. And when the door is open, it makes a louder humming noise. Opening the door takes some muscle. It almost feels like the door bends when opening. When closing the door, you need to slam it shut. Overall, not impressed with the product. You would think that a new home appliance would be manufactured better than the product we have.

The door closes so darn loud. You have to put work into opening and closing it. Not good when the husband is sleeping and you're trying to pig out at 1am without his knowledge.

I have had this microwave for 3 years now and it works very well heating and cooking food. My complaint with it is about a year ago there was a mysterious cracking of the door front and bottom of the handle. Just yesterday when I closed the door the bottom of the handle fell off. I find this to be very disappointing considering it is just 3 years old and not even used every day in a household of one, no children. The beeper not shutting off when the door is opened is a little annoying. My house was remodeled 3 years ago and they installed a stove refrigerator dishwasher and microwave set. The dishwasher broke after a year, literally after the warranty expired. Now the microwave. Can't wait to see how long the stove and fridge will last. Hopefully they will be the 50% that survives.

Microwave works perfectly well. There are two things I don't like about it. 1. The door is hard to open and close so you kind of end up slamming it.2. When the microwave finishes and starts beeping, even if you open the door the beeping continues until it finishes it's thing. Very annoying.Otherwise, works great.

The Microwave works great, however the handle to open the door does not have a opening mechanism, it does not have a button that lock and unlocks the door, which worries me that eventually it will break - it is hard to open, it requires some tugging it does open easily.

The unit has been installed in use for 3 months. PROs: 1) The microwave oven seems very powerful and cooks the food evenly; better than most I have used. 2) Exhaust fan does a good job of removing food oders. 3) The over the stove light provides good lighting. 4) The unit feels solid and well-built. CONs: 1) Exhaust fan is loud - it would be nice if the slow speed was slower and quieter. 2) The "food is done" beeper is too loud and too persistant. I wish there was an easy way to deactivate it without voiding the warranty.

I really like the look of this microwave. And it works well. But the touch pad is finicky, and the door closes very forcefully and loudly. Also, when your food is done, the beeper goes off three VERY long times, which is a bit annoying. This was the only microwave that would fit in our space, so I may have bought a different one had I had the luxury of choice.
